Shipping & Returns

All orders at WellMed Supply are eligible for free shipping. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to leave the warehouse and 3-7 days for delivery of this product. 

 Manufacturer's Return & Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event you would like to return your Power Plate^®  or TVP, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.  30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. Power Plate does not accept used accessory returns at any time. Only unopened, unused boxes of accessories will be accepted under the current return policy agreement.

If you return the machine all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If there were no shipping charges on the initial delivery, only the return shipping will be charged.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment within 30 days of our receipt of the returned machines.

Power Plate^® purchased through a leasing or financing program is not eligible for this return policy.

Step One:
Please contact sales@wellmedsupply.com or 770-525-1068 to initiate your return and refund.

Step Two:
After product is returned to our manufacturer's  warehouse in new condition, refunds will be issued by WellMed Supply, in the same form as original payment within 30 days of our receipt of the returned machine(s).

Power Plate^® must be delivered, installed, and picked-up by Power Plate authorized partners. Products must be in new condition and include all accessories. Any damage to Power Plate^® equipment during customer ownership will be deducted from the refund.
