How Our Shipping Process Works
WellMed Supply is dedicated to providing a first class online shopping experience for our customers. We offer FREE ground shipping on every order within the United States. If you would like expedited shipping, please give us a call and we will work with you on this.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our manufacturers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. The time it takes to arrive at the destination after dispatch from the manufacturer is 3-7 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at sales@wellmedsupply.com

Shipping Note
We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Typically, the time that it takes to arrive at the destination after dispatch from the manufacturer is 3-7 business days. If an order is expected to arrive later than that, we will put this in the product description. We provide estimated shipping times based on what our manufacturers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping dates may change without notice. (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills were behind on making metal, the manufacturers were delayed because of the mills, the overwhelming demand on shipping, factory/warehouse, dock workers, and so on) We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these difficult times.
