Return Process for your Infraredi:

60 day risk-free trial.

The 60 day risk-free trial allows you to try the device for up to 60 days. If for any reason you'd like to return your Infraredi within the trial period, you can contact WellMed Supply at sales@wellmedsupply.com and we will assist you with the return process. It is important that you contact us before the 60 day trial ends.

To be eligible for a return, your Infraredi must be in good condition and without any damage. If you still have the original packaging, please use this to package and return your Infraredi. If you don't have the original packaging, please let us know and we will assist you in finding suitable packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 15 days.
