Pulsing+ Mode uses the latest in Pulsing Technology, helping you boost performance & recovery and treat specific symptoms with fully adjustable frequency from 0Hz-1000Hz.
Dimming+ Mode designed to support relaxation and enhance sleep, allowing you to adjust the brightness of the LED's from 0-100. Whether your winding down at night and preparing for sleep, or waking up in the morning ready for a big day, Dimming+ mode will set the mood just right.
The Flex Series uses the latest 5 Watt optical lens technology delivers even higher irradiance and light penetration, with an irradiance measuring over 200 mW/cm2 @ 3inches / 7cm's.
Each panel uses the highest safety and quality with features such as flicker free and zero EMF at the recommended treatment distance. The quiet cooling fans inside an iron body ensures full heat dissipation for the longevity of your device. The LED's have a minimum lifespan of 100,000 hours.

Shipping & Returns
All orders are eligible for free shipping with WellMed Supply. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped out and between 3-7 days for delivery.

Return Process for your Infraredi:
60 day risk-free trial.
The 60 day risk-free trial allows you to try the device for up to 60 days. If for any reason you'd like to return your Infraredi within the trial period, you can contact WellMed Supply at sales@wellmedsupply.com and we will assist you with the return process. It is important that you contact us before the 60 day trial ends.
To be eligible for a return, your Infraredi must be in good condition and without any damage. If you still have the original packaging, please use this to package and return your Infraredi. If you don't have the original packaging, please let us know and we will assist you in finding suitable packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 15 days.
