Michigan Medical LLC was formed in 2020 to give Long Island and New York metro providers a local wholesale source with stock on the shelf and a person on the line.
Local stock, national brands
We operate from a warehouse at 261 Suburban Avenue in Deer Park, close to the Long Island Expressway and Route 231. That location lets us run our own delivery routes across Suffolk, Nassau, Queens and Brooklyn and reach the rest of the Northeast by LTL freight within a day or two.
Our catalog concentrates on the supplies facilities reorder constantly: gloves and PPE, wound care, IV and injection, diagnostic consumables, incontinence and patient care, and a curated range of durable medical equipment. We buy directly from manufacturers and authorized master distributors, so lot traceability and product documentation are always available.
How we operate
Sourcing
We buy from manufacturers and authorized distributors only. Every product ships with its documentation, and we can supply SDS, IFUs and certificates on request.
Storage
Climate-controlled warehouse space with segregated storage for sterile goods. Stock rotates first-expiry-first-out, and we track lot numbers on every outbound shipment.
Fulfillment
Orders are picked, checked against the packing list and sealed before they leave the dock. Shortages or damage are resolved on the next route, not the next month.
Compliance
We maintain the licensing and records that institutional buyers and auditors ask for, and we'll provide vendor packets, W-9s and insurance certificates during onboarding.
Account service
Every account is assigned a rep who knows the facility's usage pattern, handles substitutions and pricing questions, and can be reached by phone or text.
Pricing
Wholesale pricing is tiered by volume and stable across the quarter. We'll tell you when a manufacturer changes price before it hits your invoice.
